Rado is the Founder & CEO of Neudata. Prior to founding Neudata, Rado's work experience spans 20 years of leadership, sales management, FinTech and data innovation for the buy-side. Rado spent several years in quantitative portfolio construction and risk management at MSCI (Barra), S&P Capital IQ and CITE Investments. He has worked at leading financial services firms, and financial data and analytics providers including PerTrac, 2iQ Research, I/B/E/S and TIM Group.

Rado received his Master of Business Administration from the University of Graz, Austria and is a CFA charterholder.

Andrew Dassori co-founded Wavelength Capital Management and serves as the firm’s Chief Investment Officer. In this role he oversees all investment functions – including portfolio management, research, and trading – and has led the development of the firm’s investment philosophy since inception. Prior to Wavelength, Andrew was a portfolio manager at Credit Suisse Asset Management focused on global macro investment strategies, and while there he also was a member of the firm’s Global Citizens Program through which he established the bank’s partnership with Equity Bank in Kenya. He is a contributor to the CFA Institute’s Enterprising Investor, and his perspective on systematic investing, data science and AI has been featured in Bloomberg, Reuters, CNN, and Money Management Executive. He graduated with a BSc from the London School of Economics and is a dedicated supporter of the Sheldrick Wildlife Trust. After growing up on the South Shore of Boston and living in London, New York and Nairobi, he now resides with his wife and daughters in Connecticut.

Barbara is Associate Director for Geoeconomics and Global Risks at Dragonfly. She is based in New York, where she delivers strategic intelligence at the intersection of geopolitics, trade, security and markets, with a particular focus on political risk and macroeconomics. Barbara also previously led Dragonfly’s Singapore office, overseeing analysis across the Asian region. Barbara also leads on the Geoeconomic Estimate, Dragonfly’s monthly briefing on economic developments shaping global stability and security forecasting. Her regional expertise is grounded in academic training in China and Hong Kong, and she is a research fellow at the Central European Institute for Asian Studies (CEIAS). Before joining Dragonfly, Barbara worked at the Mercator Institute for China Studies (MERICS) in Berlin. Her writing has appeared in The Hill, ThinkChina, the Middle East Institute, and the International Institute for Strategic Studies (IISS).

Carmen Li is the Founder & CEO of Silicon Data, a New York-based market intelligence company building the world’s leading data products for GPU pricing, AI compute, and carbon-aware infrastructure. She is also the CEO of Compute Exchange, the world's first GPU spot market.

Previously at Bloomberg and DRW trading, Carmen now leads the development of GPU rental and pricing indices, alternative datasets for compute markets, and emerging indices covering tokens, transaction volumes, and memory (RAM). Silicon Data’s indices and datasets are used by hedge funds, cloud providers, AI companies, and institutional investors, and are distributed via direct licensing, APIs, and financial data platforms including Bloomberg.

Christos Koutsoyannis is the Chief Investment Officer of Atlas Ridge Capital, an emerging quant hedge fund focusing on alternative data and mid-horizon quantitative strategies. Prior to Atlas Ridge, Christos was a Portfolio Manager at AllianceBernstein in NY, a Senior Portfolio Manager at State Street Global Advisors in London, and the Deputy Head of Quant Research at Old Mutual Asset Managers in London (now Jupiter Asset Management).

He sits on the Executive Advisory Board of Columbia Business School’s Program for Financial Studies and Masters in Financial Economics (MSFE), and is also an Adjunct Professor at NYU Courant. He has been on the Board of Directors of the Society of Quantitative Analysts (SQA) since 2013, is a recent Past President of the SQA, and the founder of alphathon.org. He Chairs the Data Science and Quantitative Investment group at CFA New York, is on the Program Committee of CFA NY, and is also the winner of the CFA New York 2024 Research Award and the CFA NY 2026 Ben Graham Distinguished Award. He also Chairs Trinity in New York, the Trinity College, Cambridge alumni association in New York.

Christos holds a BA Hons Economics from the University of Cambridge in the UK, and a PhD in Financial Economics from Birkbeck College, University of London.

Drew joined Neudata in 2024 as a research analyst, where she covers social media and advertising, transaction and macro data. Prior to joining Neudata, Drew worked in advertising where she was used alternative data to to get insights into market sentiment and competitive benchmarking. Drew holds a BSc in Economics from the University of Bath.

Eliza Raphael is the Head of Data Strategy at Jump Trading, a global quantitative trading firm, where she leads efforts to advance the firm’s strategic data initiatives. Previously, she served as Head of Market Data Services at Schonfeld Strategic Advisors, a global multi-manager hedge fund. In both roles, she managed teams responsible for developing and executing firm-wide data strategies, encompassing the sourcing and integration of both traditional and alternative datasets across diverse asset classes globally.

Eliza began her career at Bloomberg, holding product and sales roles in New York and London before joining Nasdaq.  During her 13-year tenure at Nasdaq, Eliza held various positions, including market data sales, product management, and business development. She concluded her time there as the Head of Alternative Data Partnerships for the Nasdaq Analytics Hub, where she played a pivotal role in shaping the firm's data strategy following the acquisition of Quandl in 2018.

With experience spanning market data vendors, exchanges, and the buy-side, Eliza brings a comprehensive perspective to the evolving data ecosystem. Her deep understanding of both traditional and alternative data—developed through multiple professional vantage points—provides her with unique insights into the increasingly complex data landscape that drives financial markets today and into tomorrow.

Filippo Pallotti is a Macro Strategist at Lombard Odier and a Visiting Professor in International Finance at the Geneva Graduate Institute. Previous roles include the European Central Bank, Bank of England, Stanford SIEPR and Princeton University. He holds a PhD in Economics from University College London and his research has been published in the Journal of Monetary Economics.

At Senzing, he is focused on growing a global ecosystem of partners and embedding entity resolution into the foundation of next-generation AI and GenAI solutions.

Huijun Wang is the Head of the Data Vendor Team at Trexquant Investment, a quantitative investment firm. She leads the firm's data sourcing and vendor management efforts, overseeing the evaluation and acquisition of financial and alternative datasets, vendor relationships, and data licensing agreements. She works closely with investment researchers and internal teams to identify new data opportunities and support data-driven investment research.

Julia Swerdlow is a Research Analyst at Neudata specialising in Human Capital, News, Satellite and Real Estate data. Prior to joining Neudata, Julia worked as a Research Associate at Forrester Research on the B2B Marketing Executive Services team. She holds an MSc in Sustainable Management & Finance from Bayes Business School and an MA in Geography from the University of St. Andrews.
