Finn is a research analyst at Neudata, where he covers transaction and advertising data. Finn holds an MA in Economics from the University of St Andrews. Prior to joining Neudata he worked at the Fraser of Allander Institute, an economic think tank.

Florian was Principal Quantitative Researcher and Portfolio Manager at Lynx Asset Management, a Stockholm based systematic hedge fund, where he spearheads the use of alternative data. Prior to joining Lynx, he worked at Millennium, Oxford Asset Management and Nektar. Florian holds a MSc in Physics from University of Heidelberg and a MSc in Economics from University of St. Gallen.

Dr. Gurpinder Dhillon is the Head of Data Partner Strategy & Ecosystem at Senzing, a company pioneering real-time entity resolution for AI, data management, analytics, and compliance. With two decades of experience spanning data strategy, governance, and intelligent systems, Gurpinder has led enterprise-scale transformation efforts in both startups and Fortune 500s.

He is known for translating complex data challenges into trusted, scalable architectures—especially in regulated industries like financial services, public safety, and government. At Senzing, he is focused on growing a global ecosystem of partners and embedding entity resolution into the foundation of next-generation AI and GenAI solutions.

A published author, frequent keynote speaker, and former global head of data at Dun & Bradstreet, Gurpinder blends strategic vision with deep operational insight to help organizations unlock value from clean, resolved identity data.

Jahmal Nicholson is a senior data scientist at Man Group, focusing on increasing the adoption of alternative data within Man Discretionary.

Jahmal joined Man Group in September 2019 as part of the investment graduate programme. Prior to joining the data science team, he rotated across the Man AHL and Man External Alpha investment risk teams, as well as conducting manager research within Man External Alpha.

Jahmal holds an MSc in Mathematical and Computational Finance from Oxford University and a BSc in Mathematics, Operational Research, Statistics and Economics (MORSE) from Warwick University. He is also a CFA charterholder.

Jamie Foss leads Strategic Alliance Go-to-Market execution with Data Provider partners at Senzing, the first AI built specifically for Entity Resolution. In this role, he works with partners to help make their datasets easier to integrate and operationalize in solutions supporting investment research, risk analysis, and data-driven decision-making - such as mapping corporate ownership, uncovering hidden relationships across entities, and improving data quality for model development.

Jamie’s background spans technology, government, and defense - giving him a unique perspective on how trusted data and entity insight drive decisions in both mission-critical and commercial environments. Prior to Senzing, he helped scale strategic partnerships at Couchbase (NASDAQ: BASE) in the lead-up to its IPO and began his private-sector career with workforce software leader UKG. He holds an MBA from the Georgia Institute of Technology and previously served as an officer in the U.S. Marine Corps.

Jamie is a Managing Director in the State Street Data Intelligence team. In this role, Jamie acts as a Product Engineer to evaluate new data and analytic products and lead the go-to-market strategies and client engagement globally.

Jamie is based outside of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and joined State Street in 2017 as part of State Street Global Exchange before moving to Global Markets from 2019 to 2025. Prior to joining State Street, Jamie managed global sales and marketing for Wharton Research Data Services (WRDS) and has over two decades of experience in institutional sales and investment banking with Morgan Stanley, Susquehanna International Group, Cowen and Company, and Raymond James.

Jamie earned a Bachelor of Science from Drexel University, a Master of Business Administration from University of Chicago Booth School of Business, and holds FINRA Series 3, 7, and 63 licenses.

Josh Dambacher advises on corporate, securities and regulatory matters, primarily representing institutional and entrepreneurial investment managers, financial services firms and private investment funds in all aspects of their business.

Josh’s experience includes structuring investment management firms, hedge funds, private equity funds, hybrid funds and funds of funds; and structuring and negotiating seed and strategic investments.

He also regularly advises investment management firms and their principals on UK and US regulatory compliance, acquisitions and reorganisations of investment management firms, and restructuring proprietary trading desks into independent investment management firms.

Josh regularly advises fund clients in the fintech space and has established a profile in the industry as a leading cryptocurrency and digital asset funds practitioner.

He previously led the US Financial Reforms Working Group for the Alternative Investment Management Association.

Josh is recognized as a leading investment management lawyer by Best Lawyers, Chambers UK, Chambers Europe, IFLR1000, The Legal 500 UK and Who’s Who Legal: The International Who’s Who of Private Funds Lawyers, and was twice named to the Financial News 40 Under 40 Rising Stars list.

Kaitlyn sits on the Research Team at Neudata, where she covers transactions, energy, and industrials. She graduated with a BA in Political Science at the University of Southern California and a MSc in International Relations at the London School of Economics. She’s previously worked in policy at Dods Political Intelligence and stakeholder engagement at the Tony Blair Institute.

Kelly Koscuiszka serves as co-chair of the Investment Management Regulatory & Compliance Group, where she advises private funds on regulatory and compliance matters, particularly the Investment Advisers Act of 1940. Kelly supports clients undergoing SEC examinations, including by handling deficiency letters and enforcement referrals and also uses that experience to assist clients with exam preparedness. Kelly specializes in the intersection of regulation and emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence, alternative data, web scraping and electronic communications. She also advises clients on data privacy and cybersecurity. Kelly regularly conducts client training sessions and is a sought-after presenter at leading industry conferences. Kelly is admitted to the Bar in New York and has Court Admissions in the US Supreme Court; the US District Court of New Jersey; and the US District Courts in Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.

Kelly received her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center and her B.A. from Rutgers University.
