Michelle M. Weaver is an Executive Director and Morgan Stanley Research’s US Thematic Strategist. She also covers US Equity Strategy with Mike Wilson, with whom she has worked since 2017. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Cornell University with a Bachelor of Science in Applied Economics & Management and Environmental & Sustainability Sciences. She holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.

Nancy Davis founded Quadratic Capital in 2013. She is the portfolio manager for The Quadratic Interest Rate Volatility and Inflation Hedge ETF (NYSE Ticker: IVOL) and The Quadratic Deflation ETF (NYSE Ticker: BNDD). Both funds are long fixed income volatility.

Nancy has been the recipient of numerous industry recognitions. Barron’s named her to their inaugural list of the "100 Most Influential Women in U.S. Finance." Institutional Investor called her a "Rising Star of Hedge Funds." The Hedge Fund Journal tapped her as one of "Tomorrow's Titans."

Nancy began her career at Goldman Sachs where she spent nearly a decade, the last seven with the proprietary trading group where she rose to become the Head of Credit, Derivatives and OTC Trading. Prior to founding Quadratic Capital Management, she served as a portfolio manager at JP Morgan’s hedge fund.

Paul White is a Co-Founder and the CEO of Quantbot Technologies, LP. Paul started his career with senior technology roles at a major European software company in the UK, Morgan Stanley and later as a co-founder of an Internet startup. Leaving pure technology roles behind he became part of the senior team at Morgan Stanley’s Equity Trading Lab (ETL) proprietary trading group, where he was responsible for developing statistical arbitrage black box automated trading strategies. After Morgan Stanley he joined Merrill Lynch as the co-head of their statistical arbitrage proprietary trading group (QSA). As an original founding member of QSA he was responsible for creating a new global business from scratch. Paul holds a BSc. in Mathematics and Computer Science.

Adam established and leads the SEC’s Event and Emerging Risks Examinations Team (EERT) in the Division of Examinations. EERT is an office established to proactively engage with financial firms about emerging threats and current market events and quickly mobilize to provide expertise and resources when critical matters arise. EERT helps to ensure, through examinations and other firm engagement and monitoring activities that firms are better prepared to address exigent threats, incidents, and emerging risks.

EERT will also provide expertise and support in response to significant market events that could have a systemic impact or that place investor assets at risk. EERT also focuses on published exam priorities, which includes examinations of new and emerging technologies, including the use of Alternative Data and AI. Previously Adam served as Senior Advisor to the Director of the Division where he focused on risk, strategy and innovation.

Earlier, Adam served as the Commission’s first-ever Managing Executive and Chief Operating Officer of the Division of Enforcement, where he was instrumental in the Division’s most significant restructuring in the Division’s history. Adam has also held several key executive roles in the private sector, including Chief of Staff and Chief Operating Officer of Legal and Compliance at Marsh & McLennan Companies and Vice President of the Business Intelligence Group at Goldman Sachs. Adam has an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business and his undergraduate degree from the University at Buffalo.

Alex is a research analyst at Neudata. As an analyst, he covers various topics, including news, weather, commodities and environmental datasets. Prior to Neudata, Alex completed a BA in Human Geography and Environment at the University of York, focusing on the role of ESG disclosures on company performance.

Amarachi Miller is the VP of Product & Commercialization at AnthologyAI (parent company of Caden), spearheading the teams and development of the Caden consumer application and the Anthology suite of enterprise data, AI and ML products. Amarachi joined the company after a decade of software and data product leadership experience; most recently leading the team building measurement and optimization tools at healthcare marketing platform DeepIntent, retail measurement platforms at Amazon advertising and leading product management and data science teams at Paramount (fmr. ViacomCBS) and GroupM. A recognized leader in decision science, advanced TV and measurement, Amarachi has sat on the Product Council at OpenAP and various IAB working groups and collaborated across publishers, data originators, software service providers, and the media agency umbrella.

Amir Hermidas is the lead Economist at AnthologyAI (the parent company of Caden), spearheading the economic research and insights program at Anthology. He joined the company after a decade of economic and quantitative research at Wall Street banks, including Morgan Stanley, Credit Suisse, and Citigroup.

Andreas Pusch, a seasoned entrepreneur and FinTech investor, founded YUKKA Lab AG in 2014, leveraging AI to enhance risk management, ESG, and investment management. With a background in Aerospace & Satellite Engineering, he shifted to finance in 1998, fascinated by news sentiment's impact on markets.

His Berlin-based company analyzes over a million news articles daily, providing real-time market insights. Recognized by Gartner as a ‘Cool Vendor in Natural Language Technology,' YUKKA Lab serves leading advisory and financial organizations globally.

Anju Marempudi is the founder and CEO of IntelliBusiness, Inc. d/b/a EventVestor, the most comprehensive smart data platform for event-driven first-order alternative data. Anju works with many of the large quantitative and quantamental firms, providing data and insights into key corporate market-moving events including unusual events and forward calendar events. Anju has over two decades of experience in financial data and analytics, management consulting, and information technology. Anju holds an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
